The 1762-L40BWA has an internal memory amounting to 6Kbytes with a non-modifiable partitioning of 4Kbytes user memory and 2Kbytes Data storage memory. This memory stores the user program and allows the processor to access the stored data within. User program is executed through different phases, particularly Input Status scan, Logic Scan, Outputs status scan and Internal housekeeping.
This controller supports installation of additional non-volatile memory with catalog number 1762-MM1 and 1762-MM1RTC.
