Each DC input channel fo this module is provided with software filtering options for elimination of false triggering and noise. Available noise filters are 0.500 that exhibits maximum ON delay of 0.439 ms and maximum OFF delay of 0.499 ms. Other filter and corresponding signal delay settings are 1.000 ms with 0.964 ms and 0.470 ms ON and OFF delays; 2.000 ms for 1.864 ms and 1.990 ms; 4.000 ms with corresponding delays of 3.964 ms and 3.790 ms; 8.000 ms with 7.564 ms and 7.690 and 16.000 with signal delays of 15.964 ms. and 14.890 ms. The fast input channels has more filter settings with selectable options ranging from 0.005 ms - 16.000 ms with maximum ON delay ranging from 0.005 ms - 15.668 ms and signal OFF delay ranging from 0.005 ms - 15.604 ms.
This controller has internal 20KB memory which is partitioned for 10KB user program and 10KB program data. This memory accepts user-defined program for execution of the processor. It also has an internal 128KB for data logging and 64KB allocated for recipe. This controller is compatible with 1766-MM1 memory module which is a non-volatile memory for automatic loading and transfer of program without the need of the programming software. The controller is also provided with an internal Real-Time clock for implementing schedule actuations of electrical loads.
The 1766-L32BWA is built with multiple communication channels including One (1) isolated combo channel which supports RS232/RS485 configuration, One (1) non-isolated RS232 communication port and One (1) Ethernet I/P port.
