The 1771-HSARS module is a PLC5 IMC 120AR servo controller module by Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation. The 1771-HSARS has an advanced rationing capacity and a standard 1771-HMA plug-in memory cartridge. As a Series B module, the 1771-HSARS servo controller module contains a fuse voltage of 120V and 250 KHz of differential maximum input frequency. The 1771-HSARS also has the +/- 10V DC Analog Command output, it weighs about 1kg, and it measures 3.5 x 6.5 x 2 in. The 1771-HSARS’s backplane current load is 1.7A and it has 2ms per axis module of update time. The 1771-HSARS module also comes with two wiring arms, known as the 1771-WA and the 1771-WB wiring arms, that are used for module replacements without disconnecting the wiring in the entire machine system.


For installation in the 1771 I/O chassis, the Allen-Bradley 1771-HSARS PLC5 IMC 120AR servo controller module requires only one slot and it can be used for several applications, especially for industrial control purposes. The 1771-HSARS module is designed for operation in a clean and dry environment with a 32-149 OF operating temperature, with a -40-185 OF storage temperature, and with 5-95% noncondensing relative humidity. The Allen-Bradley 1771-HSARS servo controller module can operate at a maximum shock of 30g and its pulse capture time takes 5-9.999 microseconds.
