The Allen-Bradley 1771-P7 is an AC 16 Amps power supply that belongs to the PLC-5 series. It is a stand-alone module that comes with an input voltage rating of either 120 Volts AC at 2.0 Amps current or 240 Volts AC at 1.0 Amps current with an input voltage range of 97 to 132 Volts AC and 195 to 264 Volts AC, respectively. The cables available for the 1771-P7 are the local 1771-CP1, remote 1771-CP2 (5 feet), and the remote 1771-CP3 (5 feet). This power supply works with processors from the PLC-5 series. However, it is not suitable to use for 1771-A1, -A2, or -A4 I/O chassis. To avoid processor memory loss or unexpected machine operation, the 1771-P7 power supply should not be used for parallel connections. The output voltage rating for 1771-P7 is 5.06 Volts, ±3.8%. Its external transformer rating is 270VA at full load. During installation, users must only use the mounting screws provided with the 1771-P7 because using other screws may result in module insertion disturbance or machine operation damage. When not in use, store this power supply at a temperature not less than -40 degrees Celsius but not more than 85 degrees Celsius.
