The GE EP-4264 Analog Output Module is a 4-channel analog output module designed to accept either voltage or current signal from up to 4 external analog actuators. This module offers 4 non-isolated analog outputs with 16-bits resolution per output. It is powered by an integrated power supply.

The GE Fanuc EP-4264 Analog Output Module is a 4-channel analog output module that is designed to accept either voltage or current signals from up to 4 external analog actuators. Each output point has a 16-bit resolution and they can all be connected to a connector. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module is capable of interfacing with the RSTi-EP I/O communication bus for process, parameters, and diagnostics data transfers. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module offers 4 non-isolated output channels, and each output channel supports the following output levels; 0 to 5 Volts, +/-5 Volts, 0 to 10 Volts, +/-10 Volts, 1 to 5 Volts, 2 to 10 Volts, 0 to 20 milliamps, or 4 to 20 milliamps. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module has a maximum response time of 1 millisecond per module and a maximum accuracy level of 0.1% FSR. It has a rated temperature coefficient of 20 ppm voltage/K or 31 ppm current measurement/K, and a maximum error range of +/-220 ppm FSR.

 

The GE Fanuc EP-4264 Analog Output Module has a repeat accuracy rating of less than 1 millivolt, and a maximum output ripple rating of 0.001%. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module has a maximum load resistance rating of greater than or equal to 1 kiloohm (at more than 50 degrees Celsius) in the voltage state and less than or equal to 600 Ohms in the current state. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module supports 2-wire (voltage and current) and 4-wire (voltage only) connections. When connected in a 2-wire configuration, the EP-4264 Analog Output Module supports automatic signal detection. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module offers a wide range of diagnostic and protective features such as short-circuit protection, module diagnosis, individual channel diagnosis, and substitute value features. The EP-4264 Analog Output Module draws power from the RSTi-EP system’s integrated power supply. It has an operating voltage range between 20.4 and 28.8 Volts DC, and a maximum current draw of 8 milliamps.
