Technical Information

The GE Fanuc IC610MDL185 module is a UL Listed output module with a voltage rating of 115 Volts AC. It is manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms and GE Fanuc as part of the GE Series One products. This module has 6 circuits which can individually control the user-supplied discrete loads. Such loads usually consist of motor starters, relay coils, indicator lights, annunciation devices, and solenoid valves. The 6 circuits of the IC610MDL185 output module are placed into 2 separate groups through a single common connection for all other circuits. The operators of this output module are required to supply the power to run the field devices. The module features LED indicators on the faceplate that shows the on and off status of every circuit.

 

Some of the notable specifications of the IC610MDL185 output module include an operating voltage of 97 to 132 Volts AC, a line frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz, a maximum current of 0.5 Amps per point, and a maximum leakage current of 0.5 milliamps at 110 Volts AC and 60 Hertz.  It also has an on-state voltage drop of 0.8 Volts DC at 0.5 Amps and a minimum recommended load of 25 milliamps. Other specifications are an off to on response time of 1 millisecond, and an internal power consumption of 20 milliamps for each circuit in the on-state at 9 Volts DC. The IC610MDL185 UL-Listed output module has 12 units of load at 9 Volts DC with a logic side circuit indicator. This module must be wired correctly in order to operate properly.
