Technical Information

The IC600BF914 Reed Relay Output Module is a compact, electrically-isolated relay output module that has been designed and manufactured by GE Fanuc. It comes with 6 mercury-wetted relays as its outputs. It also has individual fuses and status indicators as protection devices and monitoring aids, respectively. It provides electrical isolation between the controller and the field devices. It also offers a low cost per output point. The IC600BF914 Reed Relay Output Module consumes +5 Volts DC and 750 milliamps of power from the I/O rack power supply. The operating temperature range of the module is from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and the storage temperature range is from -20 to 80 degrees Celsius.     

 

The IC600BF914 Reed Relay Output Module consists of 6 active LEDs, 6 jumpers, 6 plugs with normally open and normally closed contacts, 3 Amps fuses, and a user terminal block. The users can select the state of the de-energized relay by using jumpers. It also provides a jumper-selectable option for RC protection in order to provide low-level analog signals. Some of the features of the module include NO/NC contact selection, 250 Volts AC/DC, and high-voltage isolation capabilities. The contact ratings of the module include the Form C, N/O, and N/C jumper selectable contacts, 100 VA of power, 2 Amps of rated continuous current, and 0.05 Ohms of maximum contact resistance. During installation, make sure to check the compatibility of the module and the application it is intended for. The IC600BF914 Reed Relay Output Module must be installed in a vertical position for proper functioning. This module is suitable for use with a wide range of AC and DC loads in a variety of applications.
