The IC660EBA023 electronic assembly is a GE Fanuc Genius I/O thermocouple input block electronic assembly. This electronic assembly belongs to the GE Fanuc Genius I/O block series, and it provides an interface to a broad range of analog, discrete, and special-purpose devices on the Genius Bus. The IC660EBA023 electronic assembly and the IC660TBA023 terminal assembly form the Genius thermocouple block. Every Genius block requires a terminal assembly for base wiring, connection to field devices and handheld monitors, and for storing the block configuration settings via EEPROM. The electronic assembly provides microprocessing and performs the block’s communications, computation, and data storage functions.
