The GE Fanuc IC660TBA026 terminal assembly is an industrial terminal assembly. The IC660TBA026 terminal assembly is one of the two main components of the GE IC660BBA026 24/48 Volts DC current-source analog input I/O block. The IC660TBA026 terminal assembly is matched to the IC660EBA026 electronics assembly to create the I/O block. Current source blocks such as the IC660BBA026 I/O block are used to interface controllers to devices that provide 4 to 20 milliamps rated analog signals. A 115 Volts AC or 125 Volts DC current source analog input block is also available from GE Fanuc. These 2 I/O blocks are similar except for the required power supply. The main features of the IC660BBA026 block include six 4 to 20 milliamps rated input circuits, isolated channels, software configuration, advanced diagnostics, and a dedicated bus switching module control.
The IC660BBA026 I/O module does not require user calibration. The input specifications include 1 microamp of input resolution, 0 to 25 milliamps of overrange capacity, 16.6 to 400 milliseconds of input conversion time, 1500 Volts rms of channel to channel isolation, 70 ppm per degree Celsius of thermal drift, and 100 ohms of input impedance. The recommended minimum and maximum values for the ambient operating temperature of the IC660TBA026 terminal assembly are 0 degrees Celsius and 60 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The final letter in the part number (ex. IC660TBA026K) indicates the revision. Revision K or later use the newer style electronic housing and therefore needs the newer style plastic door and may indicate some compatibility issues with the terminal strip.
