Technical Information

The GE Fanuc IC660TBA103 terminal assembly is a terminal assembly for an I/O module with 6 thermocouple-compatible inputs divided into 3 isolated groups. The catalog number for the I/O module that uses the IC660TBA103 terminal assembly is IC660BBA103 and it is rated for 115 Volts AC or 125 Volts DC voltage. The transformers isolate power and the optical couplers provide signal isolation on the I/O module. Each input channel on the module can receive inputs from type N, S, R, B, E, T, K, or J thermocouples. The I/O module converts input values to different units by using an internal table for the configured thermocouple type. The wiring for the thermocouples should be done with the correct polarity. The final letter in the part number (ex. IC660TBA103K) indicates the revision. Revision K or later use the newer style electronic housing and therefore needs the newer style plastic door and may indicate some compatibility issues with the terminal strip.
