Technical Information

The IC660TBR111 terminal assembly is a GE Fanuc-designed and manufactured 16-relay output block terminal assembly. It transmits and receives data and messages on the communication bus. It is able to broadcast current input data over the bus. This terminal assembly has a small form factor and is designed to meet the needs of different application demands. The GE Fanuc IC660TBR111 terminal assembly is made to be used with a Genius I/O block that is intelligent and that is also an effective PLC solution for industrial I/O configurations. The Genius blocks can easily communicate with other CPUs on the same local network because the blocks support different network topologies. 


The 16 circuits of the IC660TBR111 terminal assembly are also open relays. The voltage rating of the output block is between 92 and 132 Volts AC. With regular operation, the block has a current consumption rating of 85 milliamps at 115 Volts AC. Each of the circuits of the block are isolated individually. The isolation  is 1500 Volts RMS. The individual circuits of the block each have a current rating of 2 Amps. For reliable operation, the temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. The block is able to absorb 15 G shocks and 10 to 200 Hertz vibrations at 1 G. The IC660TBR111 terminal assembly is manufactured using cast aluminum and weighs around 4 pounds. It has dimensions of 9 x 4 x 3 inches. All of the field wiring connections are made to this terminal assembly. The I/O blocks can be installed anywhere within 7500 feet of the host PLC or computer. The output block is resistant to different noise levels for standard industrial usage.

The final letter in the part number (ex. IC660TBR111K) indicates the revision. Revision K or later use the newer style electronic housing and therefore needs the newer style plastic door and may indicate some compatibility issues with the terminal strip.
