Product Description

The IC695ALG312 is a 12-Channel Isolated Thermocouple Input module from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series. This module provides 12 isolated differential thermocouple input channels. The module must be located in an RX3i Universal Backplane. It requires an RX3i CPU with firmware version 5.5 or later.  See specifications for this unit on IC695ALG312's website page.

The IC695ALG312 input module is an isolated thermocouple input module manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation and it is part of the RX3i PACSystems product line. There are channels that can be set up individually for inputs with ratings of -/+ 50 millivolts or 150 millivolts as well as different thermocouple types. The GE Fanuc IC695ALG312 isolated thermocouple input unit has both degrees Celsius and voltage measurements. This unit comes with diagnostics reports which are sent to the controller, and which can be configured by the users as High and Low Alarms, Open Circuit Detection Alarms, High-High and Low-Low Alarms, Overrange Alarms, Underrange Alarms, or Positive and Negative Rate of Change Alarms.

The IC695ALG312 module operates in a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and it has a non-operating or storage temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. It tolerates humidity levels of 5 to 95 percent without condensation.  It also features a vibration tolerance of 10 to 57 Hertz with a peak displacement of 0.0524 millimeters at 57 to 500 Hertz. This unit comes with an acceleration of 1 g and it is certified for compliance with the JISC0911 and IEC60068-2-6 standards. Additionally, it features 15 g of shock resistance for 11 milliseconds and it complies with the JISC0912 and IEC60068-2-27 standards too. It features 12 isolated thermocouple input channels with different thermocouples including the K, T, N, C, J, E, S, or B types. Every thermocouple features a varied range of temperatures, for example, Type B has a range from 300 to 1820 degrees Celsius, and Type C has a range from 0 to 2315 degrees Celsius.
