Product Description

The GE Fanuc IC693MDL648 is a 48 volt DC Positive/Negative Logic Input module. This unit is to be used with the IC693-Series Programmable Logic Controller. It provides a total of 16 input points, which are grouped together and share a common power input terminal. This module has a rapid response time with 1 millisecond the maximum for both on and off response. This input module is capable of working with both positive and negative logic applications. Users can supply input devices such as limit switches and pushbuttons. They must also provide power, which has to be 48 VDC.

The LED block on top of the system shows the status of each respective input point. Row A1 has the LEDs for input points 1-8, while the status of points 9-16 are managed by row B1. The hinged cover of the input module has an insert slipped between the inner and outer surface. On the back is information on circuit wiring, while the front of the insert allows space for the user to write information on circuit identification. The blue color on the front left edge of the insert indicates that this is a DC-type module.
