The IC200UDD040 PLC module is a Versamax 40-point Micro/Micro Plus PLC module manufactured by GE Fanuc. It has 24 DC inputs, 12 ESCP outputs, and 4 DC low-current outputs. The 2 analog potentiometers are located behind the left door and they can be used to adjust the values of the analog registers. The DIP switches are located behind the removable door on the front of the module. This module supports a maximum of 8 devices in a single RS-485 serial link per network. The repeaters can be used to increase the number of supported devices. Up to 4 I/O expansion modules can be added to the system. The IC200UDD040 PLC module offers an advanced and powerful processor with 9K words of memory, a real-time clock, a PID, motion capabilities, and subroutines.
The IC200UDD040 Versamax 40-point Micro/Micro Plus PLC module uses a 24 Volts DC power supply to operate. Some of the specifications of the I/O high-speed counter include 100 kilohertz of maximum counter frequency, a 20% to 80% duty cycle of the counter pulse width at 100 kilohertz, and 16/32 bits of count registers. When the module is powered on, it automatically configures the default parameters. A configuration software package can be used for customized configurations. The IC200UDD040 PLC module provides 12/24 Volts DC of load voltage. It must be mounted on a vertical surface. If the device is installed on a metal panel, it must be properly grounded to prevent the risk of electric shock. The power wiring, control wiring, analog wiring, and the communication and signal wiring should be separated to reduce the risk of damage that can be caused by miswiring, noise signals, and insulation failures. In order to power up the module, apply the required power to the power inputs while observing the indicator LEDs.
